I'm a real estate consultant at Welcome Home Real Estate. Real estate is new for me. Customer relations isn't — I've spent years listening to clients, figuring out what they actually need, and finding the right answer for them. I bring the same mindset here: I'm not trying to sell you a property, I'm trying to find the property that makes sense for you. In practice that means I'll ask more questions than you expect, I'll tell you what I don't like about a place as openly as what I do, and I'll be straight with you about numbers, paperwork, and risk. I speak three languages — Greek, English, and German — which helps when I'm working with international buyers, or with owners who want their property represented well to an audience beyond Greece.
